Helping Men is the specialized focus of my practice, and I also see couples. Anxiety, relationships, sexual issues, depression, life transitions, porn/gaming/sexual addictions, young adults, anger, and infidelity are some of the concerns I frequently help clients to navigate. Men can sometimes feel awkward about seeking help, or feel that therapy isn't for them. I provide a nonjudgmental space to talk things out and work toward a better experience of life. I previously practiced in university-affiliated counseling centers and continue to enjoy working with students and young adults. For couples I practice the highly-researched Gottman Method, a proven approach to improving relationship quality and satisfaction.
