Sara Odash, Blue Waters Counseling, PLLC Practice Description
Blue Waters Counseling, PLLC, is my private practice based out of Gig Harbor, Washington, within 11 miles of Tacoma and 23 miles of Bremerton. I meet with clients both in-person and via teletherapy or phone for 45 minutes at a consistent time weekly. My objective is to help you clarify problems, set goals, learn tools, and create a plan for change to get the life and work you deserve. My approach is eclectic, incorporating a variety of techniques tailored for the unique needs of my client. I draw on cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based techniques, narrative therapy, family systems therapy, Jungian and depth psychology, interpersonal skills, and dream work. I have over 12 years' experience as a therapist in a wide variety of settings including community counseling centers and retirement communities. I look forward to helping you reach your best life!
