I am a Christian Counselor that believes in a holistic approach to mental well-being and physical wellness. I am proficient with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, SFBT (Solution Focused Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality and Person-Centered Therapy to help the client "move through" and process through the areas they are stuck. I believe that everyone benefits from the skills learned in therapy. I work with individuals, couples and families in a confidential environment. I am certified as a TeleMental Therapist too. If you are unable to come to the office due to health reasons, geographic reason (living in a rural area) or challenges from the weather, we can conduct the therapeutic session over the internet.
