Shannah Banion (She/Her)

Hi, I'm Shannah! I'm a therapist in private practice. I started out working in the addictions field and gained a lot of experience and knowledge on the effects of childhood abuse and trauma. I see family systems and family of origin as an important part of how we see ourselves, the world around us, and how we interact with others. Sometimes we learn coping skills that got us through childhood, but may not be working in adulthood. I enjoy helping others to identify and work though maladaptive coping skills as well as relationship and communication issues.
