Now Accepting New Clients:
Many people come to therapy feeling caught in cycles of self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel hard to change—even when they understand them logically. You might notice swings between over-control and feeling out of control, or a sense that you’re stuck repeating the same patterns without lasting relief.
I offer a supportive space where we can slow things down and begin to understand what’s happening underneath these cycles, not just manage the surface-level symptoms.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach is integrative and holistic, drawing from evidence-based therapies while centering self-compassion and curiosity. Together, we explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build tools to help you respond differently over time.
This includes strengthening emotional awareness, developing more flexible coping strategies, and supporting a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself. Therapy is paced collaboratively so it feels safe, supportive, and practical—not overwhelming.

I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed by emotions, stress, or longstanding patterns that impact their sense of wellbeing and daily life. This may show up as burnout, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, perfectionism, or difficulty feeling grounded and connected to yourself.
Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel stuck internally—unsure how to shift patterns of self-doubt, avoidance, or self-sabotage. They are looking for a more sustainable way to relate to themselves and their emotions.
