I offer couples and Individuals my guidance into what we are beyond the psychological structures and past traumas. My educational background, and 23 years of professional experience, draws from various therapeutic traditions and methods such as the cognitive,(CBT), systemic, (IFS), psychodynamic and existential, but it is the deeper and transpersonal perspective and approach that has my heart; It is about growing a loving awareness of yourself, your inner self, and what is beyond the self; to tap into a greater sense of our connectedness with everything, to be at home inside, and to build our life in that. Thus Being One Counselling sessions is about being whole and unified rather than split from our true being. That movement begins with an honest listening to what we know in our hearts.
