I am a Registered Psychotherapist serving individuals, couples, and families in Ontario. Since starting my practice here in Ontario, I have been given the privilege of helping clients overcome their relationship struggles and move forward with their lives. I work collaboratively to set goals with clients, helping them resolve personal problems, conflict in the family, and more. My services are available in two languages: English and Russian. Apart from locals, I also serve immigrants from Eastern and Central Europe, Russia, and other countries. I can offer a more personalized service since I know the culture, social processes, values, and traditions.

- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) A short-term approach focused on improving relationships and social support. It is often used for depression and grief.
- Jungian Therapy Draws on Carl Jung’s ideas about archetypes, dreams, and the collective unconscious. It helps people explore deeper layers of meaning.

It starts with a phone call or email. When you get in touch with me, you’ll get a FREE 20- to 30-minute initial consultation. After your initial phone call, we invite you to participate in a thorough assessment of your situation. I also educate clients on what they can expect for each therapy session and how they can benefit from it.
If your time doesn’t allow a physical visit, you can try online sessions, which save you time and money.
The therapy focuses on you. During the session, I pay attention to how you perceive and process things, the words you choose to formulate your thoughts, and your opinions on your current situation. You do the talking; I do the listening. This set-up allows you to release pent-up stress and emotions while giving me a better idea of the triggers behind your behaviours.
I will be helping youto understand your behaviour by paying attention to how you think and express feelings in a certain situation or relationship. With you painting a better picture of yourself, we can identify better ways to address the personal and relational challenges you face.
All of the sessions come with an agreement to confidentiality. What we discuss during a session will remain between us.
