You’re not “too sensitive.” You’re responding to something that doesn’t make sense—and you’re trying to make sense of it alone. If you’ve found yourself questioning your reality, over-explaining your feelings, or wondering how you ended up in another one-sided or emotionally confusing relationship, you’re not the only one—and you’re not imagining it. I work with women who are beginning to recognize patterns of narcissistic or emotionally manipulative relationships—whether in romantic partnerships, family dynamics, or both. Many of the women I support are high-functioning, self-aware, and deeply empathetic. From the outside, it looks like you have it together. Internally, you may feel exhausted, stuck in overthinking, or unsure how to trust your own instincts anymore. This work is about helping you name what’s happening, not dismiss it.

Treatment Approach
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Feminist Therapy Addresses how gender roles, power, and social inequality affect mental health. It empowers clients to challenge limiting beliefs and systems.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My style is direct, engaged, and insight-oriented. I won’t just sit back while you talk—I work alongside you to connect patterns, understand the deeper dynamics (including family-of-origin and first-generation experiences), and help you build clarity around what you’re experiencing. I also integrate education into our work, because understanding narcissistic dynamics, codependency, and boundaries is often the first step toward real change.
Together, we focus on rebuilding trust in your own perceptions, understanding relationship patterns without self-blame, developing boundaries that feel clear and sustainable, increasing emotional literacy so you can respond—not just react.
Many of my clients are first-generation women who have learned to be strong, independent, and self-reliant—often while carrying unspoken emotional burdens from the generations before them. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to hold all of that alone.

“If you’ve ever left a conversation feeling confused, blamed, or questioning your own memory—you may be dealing with narcissistic or emotionally manipulative dynamics. Clients often tell me the most relieving part of our work is realizing: “I’m not crazy—this actually has a name.” If you’re ready to better understand what you’ve been experiencing and begin relating to yourself with more clarity and confidence, I’d be glad to connect.
