Maybe you grew up feeling afraid of people and the world, and you finally want to thrive rather than just survive. Maybe someone you trusted betrayed you, or you grew up in a home where your family didn't take good care of you. Maybe you aren’t sure how to ask for what you want, and declare what you need. It's my life's passion to help people enhance their quality of life by improving their relationship with themselves, and with other people.
