People that want to work with me do so because I am an alternative friendly and knowledgeable therapist with a strong background in mental health ethics. Clients that identify as "straight but alternative", "LGBTQA" as well as those choosing non traditional relationship structures such as Polyamory, ENM, blended families, and "swingers" all will find me informed by my experiences so I can help.

Treatment Approach
- Adlerian Therapy Focuses on understanding a person’s sense of belonging and purpose. It helps people overcome feelings of inferiority and create healthier relationships.

Approach Description: I practice from a blend of Relational Multicultural, Ego Analytical, and Internal Family Systems approaches. They are all "non pathologizing" i.e. These theories believe that even our "negative" behaviors, thoughts, and feelings have a vital role in shaping us and can be moved to better coping.

Education: I have my Masters degree in Clinical Social Work. In addition I have both an Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S). Both licenses require yearly continuing education training which I take part in, improving my skills.
