I work with couples to improve their relationship by helping them strengthen their connection and support for one another. Usually this includes skill building in the areas of emotional intelligence, communication, problem solving, perspective taking and conflict resolution.
Infidelity and abusive relationships are not in my scope of training and practice, so I would refer those situations to other professionals, preferably someone who will work with clients in person, face to face.

It's a courageous step to seek counseling for relationship or marriage issues. With the help of this research you will discover how to have a happy, stable relationship.
I myself have gone through many relationship problems. I have been studying relationships and communication since I was 15. Unfortunately I have also learned that you cannot always change someone else, and you better be careful in how you pick someone to begin with.
Many other issues can also interfere with what is meant to be the most fulfilling relationship we've ever had. General marriage counseling is certainly available. Both parties need to feel fully heard and understood. My focus is not to get into big fights but to be solution-focused, looking for what is good in the marriage and rekindling the old sparks that started the relationship.
I provide relationship and marriage counseling to LGBTQ+ couples. If you and your partner are seeking someone to assist you in understanding common issues causing problems in your relationship, I can help.
