Dr. Carolina Castanos, PhD, LMFT Practice Description
There are two basic components to the therapy I do: technique and relationship. I have an integrative model using techniques that are proven to help heal from pain, recognize past wounds, and provide with skills and tools to be able to change how our mind works which impacts how we relate with ourselves and others. At the same time, the relationship I establish with my clients is fundamental in treatment. I believe that the relationships itself is therapeutic. I make sure my clients experience change in my office every single session. This is how long lasting and profound change occurs.
