Being part of a journey where individuals uncover their inner strengths, navigate challenges and gain a deeper understanding of themselves, reduce their symptoms and address problems is profoundly rewarding. I have 25 years of experience in psychotherapy (with PhD) and my approach is built on gentleness, openness, acceptance and curiosity, and together we find ways to disentangle, understand, manage, and change unhelpful patterns, overwhelming feelings, challenging conditions, or past experiences that can hold us entrapped. I recommend an initial consultation to get to know each other. I pursue a multimodal therapy approach and have extensive knowledge in dealing with psychological, social, relational, family and professional problems. My specialisations include, among others:
