It's not the speed in life, it's the acceleration. The question isn't if we all experience anxiety in life. We do. The question is: how are we relating to that anxiety? I work with both individuals and couples on this, as well as relationship conflicts they may be experiencing, and on life transitions. Sometimes, we can feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional reactivity, or self-doubt, even when things appear stable on the outside. We work together to identify patterns, build healthier communication skills, and develop practical tools to reduce or reframe anxiety and increase emotional resilience. As a holistic life coach, I incorporate therapeutic dialogue, mindfulness, breathwork, and hypnosis to support regulation within the nervous system and lasting change. I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down - decelerate - gain clarity, and move toward more grounded, connected ways of living. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and sensitive to cultural and immigrant experiences.
