Sessions are held via secure video, so you can join from home, work, or even your car on a lunch break, as long as it’s private. This is especially helpful for folks with busy schedules, parents, caregivers, or those who just don’t want to sit in a waiting room.
I specialize in helping people untangle anxiety, trauma/attachment wounds, identity- and spirituality-related stress, ADHD-related overwhelm, and the emotional aftereffects of harmful or shaming messages. I often integrate parts work/Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR-informed approaches, and evidence-based psychiatric care to help you understand why you feel the way you do and what will actually help your nervous system settle. We go at your pace—nothing is forced.
Online sessions are structured but human. Some weeks we problem-solve; other weeks we process deeper experiences. My style is affirming of LGBTQ+ clients and people deconstructing or healing from rigid faith contexts. I welcome all of your identities in the (virtual) room.
