Counselor/Therapist, LPC-MHSP, FNP-C, Lifecoach
Update: I am taking 6 new clients right now! They can be single or couples. I can only take virtual clients, and while I am paneled with insurance I can only accept cash pay right now due to time. I lowered my rate to $100 as most specialists are at least $150 to try to offset the cost and decrease barriers to evidence based quality care. I do specialize in Covert Narcissistic Abuse and couples, but due to the multiple comorbidities caused by Narcissistic Abuse, I am also a strong generalist for depression, anxiety, stress and coping, relationships, etc. I hope, especially if you are reaching out to me for narcissistic abuse or couples counseling, but really, even if you are looking for a strong generalist, I hope that you will reach out and be open to at least trying virtual therapy, as I a can provide the same level of quality care via telehealth and have over 8 years of experience in this area as well as the other disorders that accompany it. If you tried it during Covid, that doesn't count, but you were probably going through a hub and getting a different therapist every time and experiencing a lot of technical glitches! I truly don't know how anyone could recover that way, when the entire catalyst for success in therapy is based on building a therapeutic alliance with 1 therapist, who both knows you and challenges you! This is an entirely different experience from the Covid/hub experience! It is identical to in-office therapy, even the energy comes through! However, I absolutely support whatever is best for you on your journey to healing so if its not telehealth, I wish you the best in finding your fit for a therapist! For me, therapy is very contributory to my purpose work, so if you are okay with telehealth or are willing to give it a try, and especially if you're experiencing or have experienced Covert Narcissistic Abuse, I do hope you will reach out! I look forward to hearing from you then!
