I support individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) through evidence-based treatments designed to stabilize emotions and improve interpersonal relationships. One of the most effective therapies for BPD is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices. DBT helps individuals develop skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. This helps reduce self-destructive behaviors and enhances overall wellbeing. Additionally, I incorporate Schema Therapy that can help address deeply ingrained patterns of thinking and behavior by helping individuals understand and change maladaptive schemas developed from past experiences. By utilizing these evidence-based approaches, I aim to provide a structured and supportive environment where individuals with BPD can work towards greater emotional stability, helathier relationships and improved quality of life.
