Forgiveness & Self-Forgiveness - Releasing the past and finding peace within
Forgiveness — whether of others or ourselves — is often one of the most challenging steps on the path of healing. When we’ve been hurt, betrayed, or disappointed, the mind holds on tightly. It replays events, circles endlessly around the pain, and searches for answers or justice that may never come.
The same happens when we carry guilt, regret, or shame. We may judge ourselves harshly, struggle to accept our choices, or feel trapped in what we “should have done differently.” Without realising it, we end up hurting ourselves the most by keeping the wound alive.
At Space & Grace©, I offer a gentle, compassionate space where you can begin to soften these patterns and make room for healing. Through intuitive energy healing, we go beyond the mind and touch the deeper layers where old wounds, emotions, and beliefs are stored.
Energy healing can help you:
Release the grip of painful memories and looping thoughts
Let go of resentment, guilt, or self-blame
Bring calm and balance to the emotional body
See yourself and others from a wider, more compassionate perspective
Reconnect with your inner strength, clarity, and self-worth
Create space for inner peace and a renewed sense of freedom
Forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting or condoning what happened. It means freeing yourself from the weight of the past so you can return to a place of wholeness, lightness, and authenticity — both with yourself and in your relationships.

You write 7 letters to your conflict partner (even if he has already died) Each letter has a different topic.
In no case are the letters intended for the addressee or the writing of this letter to be mentioned!
On the day you come to our session, read the letters to me. Even twice! I do my energetic work. Then you burn the seven letters ritually, e.g. outside in the park and let the ashes flow away from the stream to the river ...
You should NOT have any copies, and if you do you should definitely burn this one.
I will explain everything and send you the sample.
With this method you will soon lose your anger, your sadness and can breathe again!

Forgiveness, when it's real, is a tender issue, touching very deeply . Forgiving others is a little easier usually than forgiving oneself. I work with both.
It is a matter of the heart. It begins in the heart. Only the heart knows how to forgive the 'unforgivable'. The challenge is to open to this level of vulnerability . Then this opening becomes your strength. Only then forgiveness comes down into the body and is felt. When it is just conceptional, mainly from the mind, it won't free you or help the other person. I am inspired by the Ho'Oponopono practice, and the wisdom of Tibetan Pulsing and the Gene Keys.
