Therapy with me is interactive, honest, and supportive. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20+ years working as a creative and A&R executive in entertainment—and I still work in music and TV today. Life transitions can hit hard—whether it’s school, career shifts, relationships, divorce, or loss. I help you make sense of what’s happening and move through it in a way that feels more grounded and manageable. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. My approach is practical and evidence-based, shaped around your story, your strengths, and what actually works for you. My writing has appeared in Psychology Today, Billboard, and more. Sessions are available in Culver City or via telehealth.
