Instead, AASECT supports understanding these experiences as Out of Control Sexual Behavior (OCSB), a way to describe sexual thoughts or actions that feel distressing or difficult to regulate without pathologizing sexuality itself.

Together we will explore what drives the out-of-control feelings, such as stress, trauma, unmet emotional needs, or relationship dynamics, while helping you build the tools to feel more grounded and intentional about your choices.
