Utilizing holistic strategies such as Mindfulness, the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Role-Playing, we work together to uncover the underlying causes of impulsive behaviors, while also developing practical skills for managing urges and improving self-regulation.
