Integrative Psychotherapy Group is a Beverly Hills based practice dedicated to offering a myriad of psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, families, and groups. We utilize contemporary psychodynamic principles to help clients address their concerns and take a depth-focused approach toward therapy. Our goal is to help clients gain insight into both past and present experiences in order to empower themselves to make informed choices that lead to meaningful change.

I take a warm, direct, and collaborative approach to therapy. My work is rooted in both somatic and psychodynamic traditions, and I draw from Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to support clients in understanding how their experiences live in the body as well as the mind. I integrate body-based tools, nervous system awareness, and a focus on patterns in relationships to help clients make meaningful, lasting change. My style is active and engaged, and I aim to create a space where you can explore what's going on with honesty, curiosity, and support.

I specialize in working with high achievers in the areas of anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues / family conflict and spiritual growth. I also do significant work with clients experiencing attachment issues and trauma / PTSD using EMDR.

For over 30 years, I have brought expertise, creativity, enthusiasm, and positive change to individuals and couples I have worked with. To achieve personal goals, effective therapy must bring integration of the physiological, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral dimensions of our functioning.
