There are two kinds of Borderline Personality Disorder that we work with. One is the more traditional personality disorder that you are born with and that shows up from a very early age. The other is trauma induced and shows up once an accumulation of traumatic events or even from a single extreme event. Both are treated the same way. At Gateways to Transformation We combine mindfulness, CBT, DBT Neuroscience therapy, self esteem, trauma and other experiential therapy to work with this issue.
