I know what it's like to feel stuck. For two decades, I battled with low self-esteem, watching it chip away at opportunities and relationships. I've also experienced the complexities of marriage firsthand. These aren't just credentials on my wall – they're chapters of my story that help me truly understand what you might be going through. Since qualifying as a person-centered counselor in 2009, I've developed an approach that adapts to each person who walks through my door. As a registered BACP member and Gottman-trained relationship counselor, I bring both my professional expertise and genuine human understanding to our sessions. People often tell me I have a way of making them feel instantly at ease. Maybe it's because I believe in you even before we meet. I've seen, time and time again, how people find their own answers when they're given the right space and support to explore them. There's no rush here – we'll move at whatever pace feels right for you. Life has a way of throwing curveballs when we least expect them. Sometimes, these changes knock us off our feet, and that's okay. What matters isn't how many times we fall, but knowing there's someone ready to help us stand back up. That's where I come in. I focus on helping people attain growth in the personal and professional areas of their lives. Rather than just focusing on symptom reduction I like to explore deeper unconscious traumas that may be the deeper reason for clients symptoms.
