Like everyone, I have experienced challenges in life, including moving out of my home state, living below the poverty line, being estranged from family, being a first generation college/graduate school participant, transitioning to parenthood, completing the grueling dissertation/PhD process, a dying parent, and purchasing a home, to name a few. I bring a wealth of compassion without judgement to hold space for those navigating similar experiences, or other life transitions that might cause feelings of uncertainty, imposter syndrome, scarcity mindset, anxiety and fear.
