Dr Bishnu Upadhaya is an enthusiastic, skilled and well-motivated Holistic, Psychological, Integrated, Unified and Functional Medicine Healthcare Consultant who works in London, Bath, and Bristol. He has more than 21 years experience promoting the welfare of patients, families and vulnerable people. Experienced in providing specialist psychological, herbal, naturopathic and homoeopathic medical assessments as well as consultations and treatments of direct, or referred, clients.
Using a variety of therapeutic assessments to treat a range of conditions with a unified approach of modern and ancient systems of medical approach ranging from holistic to psychological and herbal medicine to Homeopathy, Naturopathy to Natural Medicines.
Bishnu also volunteers in the UK at University Bristol NHS Trust, North Bristol NHS Trust, the Association of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, etc.

I am a Psychotraumatologist and work in Harley Street, London & Milton Keynes, as an Integrative Counsellor / Psychotherapist / Hypnotherapist . I am an Author, Senior Lecturer and experienced Conference Speaker. I am part of the Expert Witness programme in UK.
My current project is researching and using Bio & Neuro-Feedback to aid my various patient’s recovery, in relation to Major Trauma therapies, and will publish findings in my latest book.
Special due to COVID-19 the first thirty Minutes is FREE.
My patients feel comfortable as I offer a very relaxed and welcoming, yet totally professional service. I work with any type of personal issues.
My Work: This has included my work for various large Multi-National and National Companies, such as Babcock International, ITV- Television, The Royal Mail and Her Majesty’s Prison Service; including work for local authorities – Social Services. Also for occupational health / eap's, and Insurance Companies, Solicitors, Immigration, Disabilities PIP. Employers.
I help with Anxieties, Depression / Fears & Phobias, Personality Disorders, Sexuality / Relationships / Rape / Violence / Complex - Combat Trauma / PTSD, Abuse / Family / Children and support those with personality disorders. I have an Enhanced DBS including the Barred Listings for Vulnerable Adults and Chidren. I am currently insured for £10 million public liability.
Part of my service is to also produce Personal Psychotrauma Psychotherapy Assessment Reports where necessary, at very reasonable rates. Fast Therapy is offered at the Psych-Trauma Surgery here, Convergence Counselling Services London (CCSL) agency & the NewStart Services in Central Milton Keynes.
Our Therapy is 'means' tested and we may offer you concessionary fees for counselling and only £50 for full psychotherapy assessments. Our caring work does not usually allow low finances to prevent access to therapy.

NewStart Service: There is also regular weekly counselling at our NewStart Drop-In & Counselling Service in CMK, run by volunteers, which is on a first come first served basis when a volunteer is in attendance through the week. This is a two tier service and is a Free Drop-In for crisis listening and then after assessment or £20, regular counselling will be means tested priced from only £20 per session and we have many therapist available there and in our local private practice with regular Psychotherapy from £50.
Please Note: My work at The Lifescript Clinic of Harley Street in London, is priced from over £250 per session, due to location costs and my personal experience level offered, see web site. I also offer some private charitable pro-bono work, at the NewStart Drop-In service in CMK too.
For Major Trauma Therapy (C-PTSD & PTSD) in MK, my fees are usually around £80-99, single session for those who are currently employed and is means tested also.
