So there is no need to fear especially for fearful Christians who may be reading this. I use a form of clinical hypnotherapy only when truly required and the most of the time, I simply use deep relaxation, this is received well, to help clients comfortably make changes, rather than impose anything on anyone, as some wrongly, through ignorance, consider hypnotherapy to be.
