I use numerous counseling and coaching techniques. Making each session unique and challenging. My method is to attempt to get to the core issues as quickly as possible. You will know within the first session whether I am the right therapist, life coach for you. I also work with other therapists, clergy , first responders, health professionals and teachers in assisting them in venting and processing the trauma that they witness and hear from their clients sometimes daily at work and then they have to function at home .
