I left the managed care industry after six years to pursue a full-time career in mental health counseling. My pursuit in growing my practice has fulfilled my lifelong desire to help others. I was the youngest of seven children and I believe that through that experience I developed the power of observation and curiosity. Those traits are fundamental to being a good therapist as well as a good client.

Moreover, I am a prior service veteran and I enjoy collaborating with veterans as they transition and adjust to civilian life.
My integrative approach is designed to help you achieve your goals/objectives and shine insight onto whatever issues are troubling you. Ultimately, I believe you are on a journey towards, self-compassion, self-acceptance, self-worth, and authenticity.
