Guerline Seraphin-Ray is a PHD (c), and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in Jupiter, FL. Guerline supports clients who experience distress as a result of relationship conflict, workplace stress, grief, or mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, LGBT, substance abuse, and more.
