We offer effective psychological care. Our focus is working to assist with healing as a whole and become aware of their inner strengths through Counseling or Coaching. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to their concerns, customizing a treatment plan that fits their need. We assist each individual with love and care.

I have created a dynamic toolbox that can meet anyone where they are regardless of what topic you would like to explore. Combining mindfulness, talk therapy, somatic awareness, and creative approaches every session is unique depending on what is most nourishing for you on that specific day.
