With a background as an occupational therapist and a master's in clinical social worker, I am equipped to assist you to clarify your values and goals to achieve balance and happiness. I believe that, despite all the trauma and personal challenges you have faced, with proper help, you can grow and develop into the person you were meant to be. And finally, feel peaceful and accomplished, living the life of your dreams.

Psychotherapy opens our perceptions to the meanings behind our beliefs and patterns of behavior, that in turn comprise the roles we take in our lives. My job is to help you integrate these perceptions and access these meanings, so you can expand your life by creating new roles.

I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), and a Certified EMDR Therapist. My specialties are Relationships, Sex Therapy, and Trauma Recovery. I offer Three Day Intensives as well as In-Person and Video sessions.

I believe that the work we do with others is deeply influenced by the work we are willing to do within ourselves. My own healing journey has profoundly shaped the therapist I am today. I have experienced my own process of moving through old patterns, becoming more deeply connected to myself, learning to listen to my body and intuition, and discovering that healing is not about becoming someone different. It is about coming home to who we truly are. I consider myself both a therapist and an intuitive healer and guide. I bring my clinical training and professional experience together with a deep trust in intuition, the wisdom of the body, and the idea that there is often more happening beneath the surface than what we can immediately see or explain. I pay attention not only to what you tell me, but also to what I sense may be asking for attention within the therapeutic space. My hope is that you feel deeply seen, heard, and accepted when you are with me. You do not need to have the right words, understand exactly what is wrong, or arrive with everything figured out. We can begin wherever you are. I feel honored to walk alongside people during some of the most vulnerable and transformative chapters of their lives. I don't see myself as someone who has all the answers, but rather as someone who can help you listen more deeply to your own inner wisdom and reconnect with the parts of yourself that already know the way forward.

West Palm Beach is the county seat and largest city of Palm Beach County, sitting just across the Intracoastal Waterway from the ultra-wealthy enclave of Palm Beach island, and this juxtaposition of extreme wealth and the more working-class and ethnically diverse West Palm Beach community creates a distinctive mental health context around economic inequality, aspiration, and the psychological impact of proximity to extreme affluence.
