This is a collaborative process. I will seek to give a better question before giving an answer. I listen, reflecting back not just on what's said, but on what's underneath. Together, we increase awareness of the patterns, pressures, and emotional currents that shape how you relate to and make choices in your life. We uncover and explore any areas where anxiety, doubt, and self-criticism may take hold. I incorporate experiential techniques, along with aspects of therapeutic coaching, breathwork, and mindfulness, into my practice to foster a sense of calm and groundedness while also building insight and resilience. Our goal is not merely symptom relief, but to help you experience yourself and your relationships in different ways.  

I know what it's like to feel stuck. For two decades, I battled with low self-esteem, watching it chip away at opportunities and relationships. I've also experienced the complexities of marriage firsthand. These aren't just credentials on my wall – they're chapters of my story that help me truly understand what you might be going through. Since qualifying as a person-centered counselor in 2009, I've developed an approach that adapts to each person who walks through my door. As a registered BACP member and Gottman-trained relationship counselor, I bring both my professional expertise and genuine human understanding to our sessions. People often tell me I have a way of making them feel instantly at ease. Maybe it's because I believe in you even before we meet. I've seen, time and time again, how people find their own answers when they're given the right space and support to explore them. There's no rush here – we'll move at whatever pace feels right for you. Life has a way of throwing curveballs when we least expect them.
