He also went through training during his internship working with patients to manage their medications, providing suggestions and recommendations to other physicians and psychiatrists about what medications should be used and which ones should be eliminated. When one of his clients needs a medication, Dr. Kireem directs them to one of the doctors he worked with before and recommends the needed medication.
