The glass ceiling has burst open and I know the challenges facing women today. Addressing feelings of being stretched to your limits while raising children, married or single and building a career that is rewarding and efficient is a struggle. I assist women to address all aspects of their health. Self care is essential for your best functioning as an individual and within your family system.  

Areas of specialization in working with women (and at times with men as well) include addressing power differentials and dynamics that can also be influenced by cultural norms. I also have years of experience working with women and families impacted by infertility as well as postpartum and perinatal depression.  

I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I help women challenge negative beliefs and behavior patterns, build their self-esteem, and find greater meaning and purpose in their lives.
