Rapid Transformational Therapy helps by suggesting these new beneficial beliefs and desires to the subconscious level of thinking, making them feel natural and achievable. If a person believes at the subconscious level that they are a person who happily desires and chooses self-care/ healthy habits, they will release and change the unhealthy habits, resulting in positive effects on their weight and health.
