This is something we like to support in collaboration with a functional primary/specialized physical health care provider -- we can work with providers that are western based or of different cultural/traditional backgrounds. In some traditions it's part of a cultural process that needs honoring...It's best to really take care with the evaluation and be sensitive with history and cultural context when offering care or adjunct care.
