I do this using therapeutic techniques that are evidenced-based which means these methods have consistently been shown effective through research. I make every effort to balance kindness with a focus on getting you to where you want to be. This balance results in people feeling understood while creating meaningful change.

My goal is to help you identify and resolve issues that may be preventing you from getting more of what you want in life. My style is warm and empathic, yet I can be challenging when it is needed in order to achieve growth.

I am a Florida licensed Psychologist with over 40 years experience. I offer a solution focused approach to achieve emotional wellness. I am a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) therapist working with teens and adults, families and couples. My practice also includes psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.
