I have a broad understanding of many different denominations ranging from Catholic to Episcopalian to Seventh Day Adventist to the very Charismatic, and many in-between (Armenian and Calvinist alike). I've also worked with many who are "jaded," deconstructing their faith, recovering from "purity culture," or have experienced religious trauma and are uncertain about their current religious beliefs. I provide a safe space for you to talk about your unique experience, but I will not impose my own views on you. To what extent Christian approaches or topics are included is totally up to you. If you're suffering with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationship or workplace issues, I'm likely a good fit to support and guide you towards feeling better and gaining more insight. Even things like phobias, panic attacks, acculturation, and imposter syndrome are in my wheelhouse. I am a very experienced therapist so I've worked with a wide variety of issues, using a variety of strategies and techniques, tailored to each person. I support those who are trying to take a natural, medication-free approach, as well as those who are considering or already utilizing mediation as an additional aid. I love what I do because I love getting to see my clients' lives improve.
