Tony O'Loughlin
Registered Psychotherapist, GradDip Psychotherapy, BA (Social Science), Trauma Informed Somatic Facilitator, PACFA member
Something in you already knows it's time.
Maybe you've been living with anxiety that feels woven into who you are. Maybe trauma has shaped how you move through the world — your relationships, your body, your sense of self — and you're ready to start unravelling that. Or perhaps you're exhausted from trying to hold everything together alone.
I'm Tony, a PACFA-registered psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and teens in person in Castlemaine, Victoria, and online across Australia and internationally. I specialise in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions.
My work is body-based and relational. Using Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory, I help you understand what your nervous system is trying to tell you — and create the conditions for real, lasting change.
This isn't about insight alone. It's about helping you actually feel different in your body, your relationships, and your life.
Free 15-minute intro call available. Weekdays and evenings.

Online in Bangkok, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon (Online Only)
Bangkok is Thailand's capital and one of Asia's most prominent expat hubs, with a well-developed English-language therapy sector serving both the large international community and a growing number of local Thai clients. Extreme traffic, long working hours, and the particular stresses of expat life—including culture shock, loneliness, and relationship strain—are among the most common reasons people seek therapy in the city. English-speaking therapists are concentrated along the Sukhumvit, Silom, and Sathorn corridors, and many also offer online sessions to serve clients throughout Thailand. The city has a meaningful LGBTQ+ community with access to affirming therapy, though stigma toward mental health persists in more traditional Thai contexts.
