Jay Shaw
Hypnotherapist, CHt (Certified Hypnotherapist)
Most high performers don't have a strategy problem. They have an identity problem. The beliefs, triggers, and automatic responses running in the background are the real ceiling and talking about them only gets you so far. I'm Jay Shaw, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and creator of Identity 2.0 Neural Reprogramming, based in Richardson, TX and serving the greater Dallas area and clients nationwide. My work targets the subconscious architecture driving your patterns and replaces it at the root. A systematic rebuild across 12 dimensions of identity tailored specifically to you. In-person and virtual options available. If you're done managing what you want eliminated, book a strategy call at hypnosisdallastx.com.

Pattie Vargas
Counselor/Therapist, CBC®️Certified Provider, Kessler Certified Grief Educator
After facing the heart-wrenching challenges of having two of my three children struggle with Substance Use Disorder, my world was further shaken when my son, Joel, lost his decades-long battle with the disease in 2017. In the wake of this profound loss, I was determined to better understand the family experience of addiction, and have since used this lived experience to support and guide others who are navigating the isolating and stigmatizing road of addiction and loss.
As a Compassionate Bereavement Care®️ Certified Provider and Kessler Certified Grief Educator, I work with individuals, families, and communities impacted by loss. I am a Peer Parent Coach with the Partnership to End Addiction, and co-facilitate their online grief support community, and is the host of Finding Hope After Loss, Grief Support groups for The Happier Life Project. As an advocate for recovery policies, I am a California State Organizer with the Recovery Advocacy Project, serve on the RCO/RCC Advisory Committee, and was named the 2022 Architect of Recovery by CCAPP (CA Consortium of Addiction Professionals.) My book, Secrets, Scars and Heart Shaped Jars, shares my family’s journey through addiction, loss and recovery.

Most people have something in their lives that they would like to change, whether it's to lose weight, quit smoking, get rid of some phobia or habit that is holding them back. Often these things seem too difficult to change. Most people never think about hypnosis as an option, their knowledge limited to stage shows or movies where hypnosis and mind control play a part. Modern hypnosis is a widely recognized practice that has helped millions of people overcome all kind of challenges. I started my practice with a focus on sexuality and that still forms a large part of my what I do, working with people with ED, PE, lack of desire, inability to orgasm, assisting them in enhancing their erotic lives, experiencing more pleasure, removing mental and emotional block that interfere with accessing their full sexual potential. I have expanded into medical hypnosis, removing symptoms of seemingly incurable conditions when doctors have given up on their patients and helping people deal with chronic pain. I've studied "Hypno-Oncology" enabling me to support patients on their Cancer journey, helping with pain, depression, and the various side effects of Cancer treatment. Studies have shown that Hypnosis can strengthen the immune system, lower blood pressure, among many other things. I have worked with many clients who had been in therapy for decades and were unable to get relief from their issues only to completely overcome them in one or two sessions of hypnosis. Certainly, in our stressful times hypnosis has become the go to treatment for anxiety of all sorts. If there is anything in your life you would like to change contact me and let's discuss how we might work to get the life you want.
