I am a qualified Gestalt and Somatic psychotherapist, as well as a clinical supervisor. I am specialising in working with people who have experienced early childhood developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational challenges. Using a blend of modalities, I tap into personal awareness, freedom, and self-direction. My attention is focused on an intuitive, creative, and spontaneous process that centres on what is happening in the present moment between me and the client. Working somatically, I focus on the connection between the MIND and BODY to address mental and emotional health issues, especially trauma. "Inner Child" work is one of my key passions, and it plays a significant role in shaping my therapeutic approach. My focus on trauma is addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms.
