I left the managed care industry after six years to pursue a full-time career in mental health counseling. My pursuit in growing my practice has fulfilled my lifelong desire to help others. I had a desire to make an impact helping others from early childhood. I was the youngest of seven children and I believe that through that experience I developed the power of observation and curiosity. Those traits are fundamental to being a good therapist as well as a good client. I believe that anxiety and depression are symptoms that derive from a lack of meaning and purpose.
