I am a Harvard trained, board certified, Psychiatrist with a private practice in the Back Bay Area, Boston. I offer individualized care in a compassionate, intelligent, creative environment.

As a licensed mental health counselor, I work with couples and individual clients who are navigating daily stressors, life transitions, grief, infertility, perinatal mental health, as well as relational and parenting challenges. My hope is to support you towards an understanding of your patterns, develop and achieve attainable goals, and strengthen your connections with yourself and others. In sessions, I utilize psychodynamic and person-centered frameworks, as well as, draw from my extensive training in CBT, DBT, Art Therapy and Mindfulness. I strive to establish trust and meaning in therapeutic relationships. My goal is to help clients more clearly understand and align with their values, develop and achieve attainable goals, and strengthen their connections with themselves and others.
