My practice of MindOverHealing Therapies is dedicated to supporting and helping individuals achieve holistic mind-body-spirit healing so they can break through barriers and be empowered to experience life's possibilities. At this time, I offer online therapy sessions where clients can receive sessions in the comfort of their homes.

Most of the people I work with are functioning — sometimes very well — but privately aware that something deserves real attention. That might be burnout, grief, anxiety that doesn't have an obvious source, a relationship under strain, or a growing sense that who they are and who they've become don't quite line up. What they have in common isn't a career level or a specific presenting problem. It's that they're serious about understanding what's actually going on — not just getting through it. My practice is private pay and selective. I also conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for adults, including ADHD assessment and diagnostic clarification. I hold a PSYPACT license, meaning I'm authorized to provide telehealth therapy across 40+ states — the full list is above.
