I use a skills-based treatment structure in which you and I will closely examine the symptoms of ADHD that present the most impairment for you. We'll use a combination of teaching cognitive and behavioral skills combined with behavioral practice/rehearsal to create the behavior change needed to reduce the impairment created by your symptoms. The process works pretty well for most people with ADHD.

If you have always excelled in your career, it’s possible that many people don’t see the long hours that you put in and recognize how late you stay at work to get things done. Yes, you get it all done and usually deliver high quality work, but it comes at a cost. Often, there is anxiety about maintaining a certain level of success. Hitting that wall can show up as burnout, challenges in relationships, financial issues, or a loss of confidence in yourself. The skills that got you to where you are, may not be enough to get you to the next level. You are not alone and therapy can help.
