I believe that suffering appears because of disconnection. Pain, grief, shame, guilt, sadness can be processed without suffering. It’s still hard experience and it doesn’t feel pleasant. But it’s possible to live through it without feeling miserable.
Suffering appears when we get disconnected from our own bodies, our true self, from the nature, from each other. When brain disconnects from the body, logical thinking — from emotions and creativity. When we get fragmented into different parts or subpersonalities that have different needs and interests and are in conflict with each other. My purpose is to restore this connection, to restore contact, to help humans integrate all their parts into one whole. And I believe that all misunderstandings and conflicts in the world happen because of disconnection and inability to find contact and stay in contact. I see it as my mission to help humans find contact with themselves and with each other, with the planet. I'm certain that people who do horrible things were traumatised some time in the past — and trauma makes us fragmented and breaks connection. So, healing trauma and restoring connection is my way to make our world a better place to live in.

Online in Moscow, Russia
Moscow is Russia's capital and largest city, where the pressures of a high-cost, high-competition environment—combined with political and social uncertainty—have driven growing demand for mental health support, particularly among younger and more internationally minded residents. Private therapy has expanded considerably over the past decade, with practices concentrated in the city center and affluent districts; English-language therapists are available primarily through international platforms and practices catering to the expat community. The city has a large university population and a growing professional class that increasingly views therapy as a practical resource rather than a sign of weakness. Telehealth has become an important access route for those seeking confidentiality or who prefer to work with therapists based outside Russia.
