Hello! I see therapy as a casual conversation with a purpose. That purpose is to create an opportunity for you to explore your experiences, better understand yourself, and discover possibilities for change. For more than 21 years, I have had the privilege of supporting people through challenges of all shapes and sizes. Some have names such as anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship difficulties. Others are simply parts of life that have become difficult, confusing, overwhelming, or no longer feel right. I don’t believe a problem needs to fit neatly into a diagnosis to deserve attention. I believe each person comes to therapy with their own story, strengths, experiences, and understanding of the world. You are the expert on the life you’ve lived. I bring my clinical experience, curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to explore that life alongside you. Change doesn’t always happen in a straight line. Sometimes we know exactly where we want to go, and sometimes figuring out the destination is part of the journey. Wherever you are when we meet, that’s where we’ll begin.
