I provide art therapy and counselling to those experiencing, or have experienced domestic abuse or violence, and needing support to process and heal the experiences that were faced as a result of DV. Through my practice, I make an intentional commitment to support individuals in their health and wellbeing journey. My mission is to enrich and empower the lives of others through creativity and connection. My passion for expressive creative arts has inspired me to further explore how art can be used as a tool for healing, and the ways it can be used in mental health recovery as a psychotherapeutic modality.

I have worked with many couples where they have either grown up in Domestic and Family Violence situations or they are currently living in that situation. Once full assessment is completed, if the DFV is found to be contraindicated to therapy outcomes I would refer on for individual therapy. In circumstances where it would be workable in therapy, I would work with the couple to explore healthy conflict management.
