- talking, writing or drawing (communication isn't just verbal)
- getting a copy of session synopsis to refer to after the session in case you forget
- doing practical exercises with me in session, or doing them between sessions in your own time
- getting written notes or diagrams of what we've discussed in session that you can refer to later
- modifying the physical environment based on your preference (e.g. lower light, music or no music, aromatherapy scents etc).
